Il Tornese Le Origini is a brand new SKU added to the Drei Donà portfolio in 2020. This wine marks a return to its origins, when Count Claudio Drei Donà produced a pure Chardonnay for the first time in the lands of Romagna in 1988, the first edition of Il Tornese. In 1998, Cesare Pillon described it as 'one of the best Italian Chardonnays'. Its dark brown appearance evokes its soul made of a selection of grapes harvested from the oldest vineyards, then vinified and elevated in 500-liter French oak tonneaux.
